Montinore Wine! Such a fantastic and beautiful biodynamic winery! I was approached to do this project with a massive list of herbs, flowers, and minerals that are used in the biodynamic process, and was told to go for it—I explored all of the varieties and methods used on the farm, and hit the drawingboard. Nettle, vetch, yarrow, chamomile, and wild blackberry all make an appearance!
